Terms and Conditions
V.A.T. Value Added Tax at 17.5% is included .
Carriage - Delivery is by 1st Class Royal Mail service.
Non Delivery
Lost in Transit - Claims for non-delivery after we have confirmed a
dispatch date must be made in writing or by e-mail to Linkwebb.Co.Uk
Ltd. Normal 1st Class Mail delivery is between 1 and 3 days for UK
destinations, 4 and 9 days for European destinations.
Out of Stock-In the unlikely event that a particular
remote control is temporarily out of stock, we will
contact on-line purchasers to ask them if they wish to stay on ‘back
order’ or offer to cancel their order for a full refund.
Damage or Short Delivery - Damage/shortages must be reported immediately or, in exceptional circumstances within 7 days. Notice in writing should be given to Linkwebb.co.uk Ltd. within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Return of Goods - may be made at any time and for whatever reason within 7 days after the date they were received by the customer. The customer may have to pay the cost of returning their order unless it is being returned as faulty. Returns that are found to be faulty are covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and will have the return costs paid for.
Cancellation of goods - under the Distant Selling regulations you may cancel the order within 7 days following the date it was received. To do this you must either notify us by email or send a letter to the address above stating that you are returning the goods under the "7 day cooling off period". A refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Further details of the Distant Selling Regulations can be found at:

Specification - The customer shall be wholly responsible for checking that the products ordered are entirely appropriate for the use intended and ensuring that the correct model is purchased for your equipment at the point of ordering . The specifications and descriptions of the goods on our site are correct to the best of Linkwebb.Co.Uk Ltd. knowledge.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
